We strongly believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied with your membership with us. This is the reason for the Ufulu Child 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you cancel your monthly membership subscription within 7 days of signing up (during the free experience period), you will not incur any fees associated with the membership. This guarantee does not apply to purchases for access to libraries, products, or any other programs or plans other than the Freedom Lifestyle Mastery Thrive Club monthly membership.

What it is: We want you to feel confident that Ufulu Child provides you everything that we say we will. If you do not feel as though we came through on our promise on your membership enrollment, simply send an email to support@ufuluchild.com and we will be happy to refund your initial membership fee if the conditions below are met.

What it is not: The satisfaction guarantee is not your scapegoat for not using the program. Harsh? Perhaps, but it is our personal belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools available to you. Our tools have been developed to enable you to fully embody your Freedom Lifestyle and enhance your well-being. We have developed a system to educate YOU to create sustainable results - but the first step always starts with you. 
Policy Guidelines
Ufulu Child will process refunds for your initial membership fee in accordance with the conditions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may up to two (2) billing cycles to appear on your bank statement upon being once we receive all required information, if approved. Conditions regarding returns of other items are provided below as well. 

1. To be considered for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of enrollment in the Freedom Lifestyle Mastery Thrive Club monthly membership. To request a refund, please email support@ufuluchild.com. Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

2. eBooks, instant downloads, unlimited (i.e. Lifetime) access & digital products purchased aside from the membership are non-refundable. All sales of these items are final.

3. All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a Ufulu Child event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.

4. Apparel and other physical items purchased directly from Ufulu Child (including but not limited to Ufulu Child ALIGN store items) may be exchanged or returned for Ufulu Child store credit only. The apparel item(s) must be in “new” condition including in an unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, and all original tags and labels must be attached to the item(s). To request a store credit or exchange of apparel, please email support@ufuluchild.com within 7 days of receipt of the apparel and any other Merch de Ufulu store items. 

Please note that you must provide the original packing slip before we will consider providing you with store credit or an exchange of apparel. The apparel must be received by us at the address we provide in response to your e-mail before any store credit or exchange is provided. It is your sole responsibility to pay for return shipping costs, and we recommend that you purchase tracking information for your own insurance. If the items are not received by us, then we will not provide store credit or an exchange. See Ufulu Child ALIGN Store Return Policy below for further policy detail.

5. Dietary Supplement and other personal care products (such as the Nutritional Herb Mix and Whole Body Butter) refund requests will only be considered as provided in our return policy on the Ufulu Child ALIGN Store, which is incorporated herein by reference. 

6. Other Items - All other items must be unopened and unused to be considered for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Ufulu Child ALIGN Store Return Policy

Shipping times vary but we always aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days from the date your order is processed.

For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! 

Ufulu Child is NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. Ufulu Child is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other carriers.  

Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for re-shipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 

Limited time items are extremely limited in quantity and are only printed once. Once an Ufulu Child ALIGN store item has sold out, it is gone forever. On rare occasions, some items may be produced again if deemed necessary.
To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F, or as suggested inside the garment.
Most garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible, it is suggested to wash the garment inside out (with the printed side in).
We realize that you make choices in the buying process, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges may be necessary; and we will do our best meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. 

There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless requested within 72 days of delivery. All items must be in 'new' condition, including unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached, and original packing slip included.

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged. Inventory for exchanges cannot be guaranteed or held aside while waiting on delivery. Exchanges are handled on a first come first serve basis.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and all refund / exchange requests must be made to support@ufuluchild.com within 72 hours of delivery. Eligible refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after the initial order was placed (i.e. after the order cancellation period) may be eligible for store credit refunds or exchanges (depending on product availability) on a case-by-case basis.

All sales are final outside the U.S.

All prices are final, Ufulu Child will not issue price adjustments for any orders if the item(s) goes on sale, or is discounted in any way. 
No return, exchange or cancellation requests will be approved on mystery box and special bundles on sale (discounted or marked down) purchases. All previous guarantees, refund, return, and exchange policies are void.
We do not offer wholesale; and are not interested in distributor accounts. Ufulu Child ALIGN store items can only be bought on ufuluchild.com and on store.ufuluchild.com.

Ufulu Child Coaching Return Policy

In order for this Coaching program to be successful a few things must take place: 

1. Ufulu Child needs to invest in you, including hiring your Coach and providing your Coach the ongoing training needed so you can succeed. 

2. Your Coach needs to invest in you, including managing his/her schedule and turning away other opportunities to help you succeed. 

3. You need to invest in you, including committing to seeing the Coaching program through for one year. Because we – Ufulu Child, your Coach, and You – are All In. 

Except as set forth in the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise below there will be no refunds for any reason, even if you have paid for the entire program duration up front. If you decide to disengage from the Coaching program for any reason, you will remain liable for the entire amount, including monthly payments or any other payment arragement per your Coaching terms of service agreement for the entire program term.
Satisfaction Guarantee
The foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in the Coaching for the entire term, and at the end you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the results you want, we will refund the money you paid for the Coaching 100%. To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee you must actively participate in 95% of the Accountability Measuring Tools (Daily Thrive or Weekly Thrive Progress Reports on time, Monthly Motivation Group Coaching Call Attendance, Monthly Victory Lap Create-Along Call Attendance, Monthly Monthly Progress Updates with Body Measurements and Photos, Monthly 1-on-1 Check-in Calls (applicable to Program Levels 2 and 3), Weekly Action Steps, Weekly Participation in the Ufulu Child Freedom Tribe Facebook Group, Weekly Participation in the Coaching Voxer Group.)
You WILL NOT be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee if you disengage from the program and fail to follow it as instructed. 

All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@ufuluchild.com. Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up 14 business days or two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement upon processing the refund.
WBV MOVEMENT Return Policy

We stand by all of our offerings, including WBV MOVEMENT, and extend to your our 100% Worry-Free Guarantee! We want to make sure that you feel confident and completely satisfied with your purchase at every stage.

Our whole body vibration machines are directly sourced, sold and shipped by select wholesalers, such as Mix Wholesale. If you have any questions about their return policy, you can read Mix Wholesale's return and shipping guidelines here and email the Ufulu Child Support Team at support@ufuluchild.com so that we can advocate for you in resolving any order or return issues.

Worry-Free Guarantee: The foregoing notwithstanding, if you order a WBV MOVEMENT package, and you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the “breakthrough” results you want,
Whole Body Vibration Machine Return Policy
If you purchased the physical WBV MOVEMENT package (including the whole body vibration machine), you will need to return all physical materials to the applicable machine wholesaler or manufacturer unused, unopened, in "new" condition, including but not limited to original packaging material according to the applicable party's return and shipping policy, to receive a refund.

Please note Ufulu Child does not cover return shipping costs. The applicable wholesaler or manufacture may cover the cost of return shipping depending on your eligibility. All materials must be returned to the applicable mailing address within 30 days following the completion of your order. If any item is missing, the refund will be denied.

You must contact Ufulu Child Support prior to shipping any materials back to be eligible for a full refund. Please email support@ufuluchild.com for return eligibility and instructions.
