Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to be more healthy in today's world… you must be willing to dedicate your entire lifestyle to health…
(Yes. you can do this in a way that you don't end up miserable)
Because I realized this, I was able to help my mom and many others apply what it means to truly be free of self-sabotaging thoughts and unhealthy habits.
My plan was to start developing the foundation of a Freedom Lifestyle that was born into what I now affectionately call the Freedom Five (5 simple daily things that anyone can do to attain True Happiness, Health, and Freedom).
So I started researching and making a list of all of the truly profound daily practices suggested by yogis and spiritual masters from all around the world. But I didn’t stop there.
I then narrowed down that list to 5 Main things to do on a daily basis to keep your entire life full of pure joy, spiritual growth, and lasting health.
After that, I got certified in the Most Ancient form of yoga and started a business with my husband to spread health and wellness to the world.
Bottom line: In the end we were able to help tons of people totally transform their lives for the better and live their truth no matter what the circumstance may be.
Building on that success, we decided to create a holistic wellness based lifestyle system that will make it easy for everyone to live a life that supports their health and spiritual goals.
